Featuring Kay Mukaigawa interviewing Courtnee Nunokawa about the U.S. POINTER study, one of the largest brain health studies in the country. The study followed over 2,100 adults aged 60–79 at increased risk for memory loss; over two years, a group following a structured program (movement, the MIND diet, brain training, heart monitoring, and peer support) saw significantly greater cognitive benefits than a group given only educational materials, with the biggest gains among those who started with the lowest cognitive function. The takeaway is that key habits like physical activity, the MIND diet, cognitive exercise, heart health, and social connection not only support, but improves brain health. BALANCED BRAIN can help you develop and achieve daily habits that you enjoy for years to come.

It was a privilege and an honor to discuss BALANCED BRAIN with Dr. Kathy Kozak on Hawaii Public Radio’s “The Body Show”.

Balanced Brain represents new brain patterning for me, and most importantly, bringing a tool that I believe effectively and efficiently helps others unlock their fullest potential.
